(For the Locals)
- The employment opportunity for the local youth will be massive as the houses are developed in various locations as per given land by Government.
- Project will facilitate skilled and unskilled local youth empowerment as per NSDC (National Skill Devlopment Corporation) guidelines in each state at grass root level in any territories as per requirement.
- During Training & Execution on work site, there is no requirement of going outside from job place, On-site Training will be commenced and after that Grades would be assigned as per the performance based on which there are many future projects where it would be helpful for people without any skills or knowledge.
- This will allow the transformation of labor to skilled labor while also providing huge employment under NSDC guidelines.
